Nēnē Espresso

The nēnē is the rarest goose in the world and is the Hawaiian state bird. In 1952 there were only 30 Nēnē left in the wild. Thanks to captive breeding programs and legislative protections the numbers have risen to over 2000. 
 
This blend is a medium roast making it lighter than many espresso blends and, therefore, not astringent. Despite being a lighter roast, the Nēnē Espresso Blend has a strong body - strong enough that you will still taste the flavor if you add milk for a cappuccino or latte. The flavor is a sweet, fruity, and bright espresso shot or just as yummy simply as a drip coffee.
